- Must be a U.S. resident and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter financial data into QuickBooks Online and/or Xero
- Categorize routine transactions and match bank transfers
- Upload and organize client documentation within the accounting software
- Request missing information from clients using templates
- Maintain organized notes and ensure client files remain up-to-date
- Assist with preparing client files for monthly reporting cycles
- Support cleanup or catch-up work under the direction of a Client Accounting Specialist
- Follow established workflows and checklists
- Flag unusual or unclear transactions for review
- Attend the weekly Monday meeting and participate in CAS 1:1 calls as requested
- Participate in onboarding and ongoing training
