Clerical Assistant
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail; experience in proofreading is a plus
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to support diverse client needs, English is a must
- Previous experience as a receptionist, personal assistant is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software
- Maintain organized filing systems, ensuring quick retrieval of documents
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting tools to track expenses and invoices
- Handle general office duties such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative projects
- Accurate Data Entry, following up on critical tasks maintaining tight deadlines
- Additional clerical duties as assigned
