REQUIREMENTS

- Work authorization in the United States and based in a company approved location.
- The selected candidate must successfully complete a background check, conducted in accordance with local law/regulations, before beginning work.

- Candidates must use their own computer/laptop with minimum specs of 8gb RAM, i5 2.50GHz and 256gb SSD (not HHD), dual monitors, headset with microphone, high-speed internet, and a webcam
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Professionally communicate through phone and email
- Handle a high call volume while navigating multiple systems
- Detailed data entry while reviewing and updating claim information
- Use problem solving and critical thinking to resolve claims efficiently and effectively
- Maintain adaptability, flexibility, and an eagerness to learn
- Contribute to a collaborative, high volume, fast-paced environment
- Meet and exceed expectations through being detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and self-motivated
