RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, manufacturers, and carriers to resolve issues related to defective, damaged, or missing products
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to assess issues and determine replacement needs
- Collect and verify all required documentation and information to support customer claims
- Process replacement orders accurately and efficiently
- Track and follow up on claims to ensure timely submission and resolution
- Maintain detailed records of cases and communications in internal systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Service, and Logistics teams
