REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification, demonstrating advanced competency.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in civil engineering project supervision.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex infrastructure projects.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Oversee and manage daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of civil engineers, technicians, and construction workers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to guide construction processes and resolve design conflicts.
• Implement and enforce strict safety protocols on-site, conducting regular safety inspections and hazard assessments.
