Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution is mandatory, with a preference for candidates holding a Master’s degree.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable, demonstrating commitment to the highest engineering standards.
• Dubai Municipality Licensed Civil Engineer.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering projects, showcasing progressive responsibility and technical expertise.
• Shop Fit-out and Retail construction experience is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Design and analyze fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Prepare detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to evaluate project feasibility and compliance with design specifications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, to integrate civil engineering and fit-out works solutions into fit-out projects.
