REQUIREMENTS

• Certification: Active CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) is required.
• Efficiency: Ability to self-manage time effectively—you know how to get in, solve the problem, and document your work without hand-holding.
• Reliability: Strong communication skills and responsiveness when urgent issues occur.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform routine network maintenance, firmware updates, and configuration backups.
• Monitor network health and troubleshoot connectivity/performance issues as they arise.
• Maintain documentation for network topology and security policies.
• Act as an on-call escalation point for basic network-related inquiries.
