REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred for advanced strategic insight.
• Proven experience of at least 10 years in technology leadership roles, showcasing successful project management and team leadership.
• Extensive knowledge of software development methodologies, cloud computing, and cyber security practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies.
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting and financial management, ensuring technology investments align with business objectives.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices, promoting efficiency and responsiveness in technology delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on innovation and risk management.
• Cultural awareness and adaptability to work in a diverse environment, promoting inclusivity in technology teams.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, while proficiency in additional languages is a strong plus.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Act as a key stakeholder in budget planning, ensuring technology investments deliver measurable ROI.
• Serve as a technology evangelist within the organization, communicating vision and progress to stakeholders.
