REQUIREMENTS

• 10+ years of senior technology leadership experience
• Experience leading large Engineering organizations in fast-growing SaaS businesses
• Proven track record of scaling globally distributed engineering teams
• Deep expertise in cloud architecture, software engineering, and distributed systems
• Strong commercial acumen and executive stakeholder management skills
• Experience with B2B Software or eCommerce industries

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and own the long-term technology vision and roadmap
• Provide strategic leadership to global Engineering and IT organizations
• Drive platform modernization, cloud transformation, and security
• Leverage AI and automation to improve engineering effectiveness
• Build and scale the Engineering hub in Egypt
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Partner with Product leadership to align technology investments with business goals
