REQUIREMENTS

• Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and reporting
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• High level of integrity and professionalism

Preferred Experience

• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
• At least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role (CFO, Finance Director, or similar)
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA, CPA, or CMA
• Experience working in international or remote organizations
• Background in education, consulting, or service-based industries is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives
• Oversee cash flow management, investments, and financial risk assessment
• Prepare accurate financial reports, statements, and performance analysis
• Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and standards
• Manage audits, taxation, and legal financial requirements
• Advise senior management on strategic financial decisions
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls and financial systems
• Monitor KPIs and improve financial efficiency across departments
