REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience (minimum 20 years) in the automotive sector, with at least 5 years in a CEO/Managing Director/COO role.

Deep understanding of automotive trends: EVs, autonomous tech, digital retail, and supply chain shifts.

Strong financial acumen with experience in managing complex P&L.Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in the GCC market is highly preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and execute long-term business strategy.
• Oversee daily operations across all business units.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Lead market expansion and new product initiatives.
• Foster a high-performance culture and mentor the leadership team.
