RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Coordinate and manage all aspects of charter flight operations, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with clients to ensure timely and efficient flight arrangements.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns related to charter flights.
3. Collaborate with flight crews and ground staff to ensure all operational requirements are met, while maintaining compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards.
4. Utilize flight management software to track flight schedules, monitor aircraft status, and update clients on any changes or delays.
5. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for all charter flights, including flight plans, permits, and invoices, ensuring all records are up to date.
6. Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance efficiency and improve the overall customer experience.
7. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and promote our charter services, contributing to business growth and expansion.
8. Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay informed about industry trends and best practices in flight coordination.
9. Support the management team in strategic planning and operational improvements, providing insights based on your experiences and observations.
