Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in car recovery, towing, logistics, fleet operations, transportation, or automotive services.
• Proven experience in customer handling and sales/business development.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE roads, locations, and recovery operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Good command of English; Arabic/Hindi is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

RESPONSIBILITES

Operations Management

• Coordinate daily car recovery operations and ensure timely response to customer requests.
• Dispatch and monitor recovery vehicles from assignment until job completion.
• Coordinate with recovery drivers, customers, insurance companies, and fleet clients.
• Monitor vehicle movements and recovery job status.
• Handle operational issues and provide quick solutions to minimize delays.
• Maintain accurate records of recovery jobs, reports, and customer requests.
• Coordinate with workshop and operations teams regarding vehicle status and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and UAE regulations.

Commercial & Sales Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in car recovery, towing, fleet, and transportation services.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, rental companies, fleet operators, and other potential customers.
• Visit clients and understand their requirements to provide suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Follow up with customers and convert opportunities into business.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports and provide updates to management.
