REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of luxury service standards.
• Certification in hospitality or personal service management is a significant advantage.
• Experience working in high-profile households, hotels, or private estates, showcasing an ability to maintain discretion.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Manage daily household operations, ensuring a seamless flow of activities, from meal planning to event coordination.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and anticipating their needs to ensure a personalized experience.
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the property, coordinating with staff and contractors to uphold high standards.
• Handle household inventory, including procurement of supplies and managing relationships with vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
