REQUIREMENTS

• Strong knowledge of Life Insurance products.
• Minimum 3 years of Life Insurance sales experience with leadership role.
• Familiar with the UAE Life Insurance market.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in business software and MS Office applications.
• UAE driving license preferred.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Achieve unit sales, manpower, quality, and budget targets.
• Recruit, train, and develop new team members.
• Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team.
• Implement sales strategies and action plans.
• Conduct joint fieldwork and support team performance.
• Monitor daily sales activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Ensure high-quality customer service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain professional conduct and ethical business practices.
• Participate in company training and development programs.
