Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in Business Solutions, Business Analysis, or Application Support within an enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of business applications and operational support practices (ITSM/ticketing tools, SLAs)
- Functional knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems and supporting store operations
- Ability to translate business needs into clear functional specifications and process flows
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors to manage escalations and enhancements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Awareness of modern technologies including ERP integrations, APIs, and cloud/SaaS ecosystems
- Certifications such as ITIL, Agile/Scrum, or Business Analysis credentials are a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and IT Operations to translate requirements into actionable solutions
- Support continuous improvement by mapping processes, documenting workflows, and recommending enhancements
- Maintain functional understanding of key business applications across Marketing, Finance, and HR departments
- Support Point of Sale (POS) solutions through configuration, workflow optimization, and vendor coordination
- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios and defect tracking
- Develop solution documentation such as process flows, SOPs, and how-to guides
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to troubleshoot application and integration issues
- Monitor system adoption and gather user feedback to maximize the value of implemented solutions
