REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in sales and team management.
Strong knowledge of UAE Free Zones and Mainland company formation.
Good understanding of business licenses, visa packages, establishment cards, and related services.
Strong leadership and people-management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Target-oriented with a strong focus on revenue generation.
Strong follow-up and client relationship management skills.
Good knowledge of CRM/ERP systems and reporting.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines and targets.

RESPONSIBILITES

Manage and lead the Business Setup sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Drive sales for Free Zone, Mainland, and other business setup solutions.
Handle and monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions, and closing activities.
Guide clients on suitable business setup options based on their requirements.
Maintain strong knowledge of licensing, company formation, visa packages, and related business setup services.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly team performance.
Conduct regular team briefings, coaching, and performance reviews.
Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans where required.
Ensure all sales activities and client interactions follow company SOPs and protocols.
Ensure accurate and timely updates in the CRM/ERP system.
Coordinate with Operations and PRO teams to ensure smooth processing of client applications.
Handle escalated client issues and ensure timely resolution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and new business setup opportunities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports for management.
Work closely with senior management to develop strategies for improving revenue and conversion rates.
