Business Operations Specialist
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role
- Advanced HubSpot experience (power user level): reporting, pipelines, workflows, data structure
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, pipelines, and CRM best practices
- High attention to detail with a bias toward data accuracy and consistency
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Authorized for work in the US
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own HubSpot CRM hygiene across contacts, companies, and deals
- Manage and support sales pipelines, stages, and deal accuracy
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports used by Sales and Leadership
- Monitor funnel performance (conversion rates, pipeline coverage, deal velocity)
- Partner with Sales and Marketing on process improvements and campaign tracking
- Help document and scale revenue processes as the business grows
