- Experienced with social media management
- Excellent written and verbal communicator
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Canva (preferred)
- Passionate about helping a small business grow
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Personal computer/laptop
- Smartphone
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Ability to attend one weekly meeting in Rincon, Georgia
- Willingness to sign a Confidentiality Agreement and Non-Compete/Non-Solicitation Agreement
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all company social media accounts on a daily basis (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms)
- Create, schedule, and monitor social media content
- Respond to messages and maintain customer engagement
- Manage and organize the company email inbox
- Provide administrative support to the owner
- Track Accounts Receivable using Microsoft Excel
- Maintain organized business records and files
- Assist with marketing campaigns and promotions
- Help coordinate projects and daily business operations
- Research ideas, solve problems, and help implement new initiatives
- Perform additional duties as the company grows
