Business Enablement Specialist

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in operations, business systems, or process improvement
• Practical experience with business systems such as CRMs, ticketing tools, and SaaS integrations
• Working knowledge of integration patterns including APIs, webhooks, and ETL/ELT
• Strong documentation skills with the ability to produce unambiguous process specs and runbooks
• Solid analytical skills with experience monitoring processes using metrics and dashboards
• Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to translate between technical and business audiences
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and take ownership of cross-functional initiatives

Preferred

• Experience with workflow orchestration or low-code automation tools like Zapier, Make, or Workato
• Familiarity with SQL or basic scripting (Python, Google Apps Script) for automation and data validation
• Exposure to observability stacks such as Datadog, Grafana, or Looker
• Experience designing processes in privacy-conscious environments with strict access controls
• Previous experience leading cross-functional change programs or training initiatives

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Map, document, and optimize end-to-end operational workflows across multiple products and platforms
• Configure and maintain internal systems including CRM, ticketing, and workflow orchestration tools
• Design and implement integrations and automations using APIs, webhooks, and ETL/ELT patterns
• Create scalable process documentation, runbooks, and SOPs to enable independent team operations
• Author tracking and instrumentation requirements for operational observability, including metrics and dashboards
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to prioritize system improvements and validate releases
• Lead change management and training for new processes and systems through stakeholder communication and onboarding
• Own incident playbooks and contribute to incident response readiness and post-incident reviews
• Maintain data quality and access controls across all operational systems
