REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior phone-based sales, BDR, appointment-setting, or customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable internet and quiet workspace
  • Ability to work consistent weekly hours
  • Comfortable with a structured call cadence and performance expectations

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make outbound calls to inbound leads from Google Ads, Meta Ads, website forms, and organic sources
  • Leave consistent and professional voicemail messages
  • Send follow-up text/email messaging from templates provided
  • Log all call attempts, outcomes, and notes in the CRM
  • Re-engage old leads and assist in reducing the backlog
  • Book tours, first appointments, and service trials
  • Communicate with the studio team to hand off confirmed bookings
  • Meet weekly call-volume and conversion KPIs
  • Represent the Pause brand with warmth, professionalism, and clarity
