REQUIREMENTS
- Prior phone-based sales, BDR, appointment-setting, or customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable internet and quiet workspace
- Ability to work consistent weekly hours
- Comfortable with a structured call cadence and performance expectations
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound calls to inbound leads from Google Ads, Meta Ads, website forms, and organic sources
- Leave consistent and professional voicemail messages
- Send follow-up text/email messaging from templates provided
- Log all call attempts, outcomes, and notes in the CRM
- Re-engage old leads and assist in reducing the backlog
- Book tours, first appointments, and service trials
- Communicate with the studio team to hand off confirmed bookings
- Meet weekly call-volume and conversion KPIs
- Represent the Pause brand with warmth, professionalism, and clarity
