REQUIREMENTS

• MANDATORY previous experience in Holiday Homes or Dubai Real Estate
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Goal-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
• Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate/holiday home market preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
• Fluency in English required (Arabic or additional languages is an advantage)

RESPONSIBILTIES

• Source and identify property owners interested in holiday home management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and investors
• Present and explain our holiday home management services and benefits
• Negotiate agreements and close new property contracts
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for unit acquisition
• Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to onboard new properties
