REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge of first aid procedures and CPR certification to effectively respond in emergencies.
  • Valid driving license with a clean driving record; experience in operating organizational vehicles is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically.
  • Technical proficiency in using basic computer systems or management software for record keeping and communication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse community members and team colleagues.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure while handling safety concerns or urgent situations efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome members and visitors with a friendly, energetic attitude, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
  • Assist with daily operations, including managing check-ins, providing information, and guiding members through available services.
  • Support safety protocols by performing basic first aid when necessary and responding promptly to emergencies using CPR techniques if required.
  • Drive organizational vehicles responsibly for errands or member-related activities, adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas to promote a safe and inviting environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate events or activities that enhance member engagement.
  • Keep accurate records of member interactions, incidents, and safety checks to ensure smooth operations.
