REQUIREMENTS

Proven track record in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales, ideally in fashion, retail, or tech

Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles with senior decision-makers

Strong commercial instincts, you can spot an opportunity, frame a value proposition, and close a deal

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes from scratch in a pre-launch environment

Data-aware and structured, you use metrics to prioritise and report progress, not just gut feel

Scrappy and self-directed; you don’t wait to be told what to do

RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify, prioritise, and pursue high-value partnership opportunities with fashion brands, retailers, and industry stakeholders

Lead the full partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and qualification through to negotiation, closing, and onboarding

Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and partners, maintaining rigorous CRM hygiene and forecasting

Develop compelling pitch materials, proposals, and commercial frameworks tailored to each partner’s needs

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities in the fashion ecosystem

Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and leadership to feed market intelligence and partner feedback into the roadmap

Define and refine our go-to-market strategy and value proposition as the business evolves pre- and post-launch

Track pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and deal velocity, iterating fast on what works
