REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience in the technology industry preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving business objectives.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English with additional languages preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and competitors.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Should have good experience from B2C industries.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve business goals.
- Manage and lead a team of sales and marketing professionals.
- Negotiate and close deals with customers and partners.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to improve effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness.
