- 1–5+ years of experience in business development or sales, in SAAS, specific to security software. A current book of business/relationships are a immediate + in comp.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

RESPONSIBILTIES
- Market Research — Identify and research new markets, industries, and potential clients for SaaS offerings.
- Lead Generation — Generate leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking events.
- Outbound Prospecting — Conduct high‑volume outreach to engage decision‑makers and create new business opportunities.
- Inbound Qualification — Follow up on inbound leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Discovery & Demos — Schedule and conduct discovery calls or product demos to understand customer pain points.
- Relationship Building — Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.
- Proposal & Negotiation — Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
- Pipeline Management — Maintain an organized CRM pipeline with accurate reporting and timely follow‑ups.
- Cross‑Team Collaboration — Work with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Competitive Analysis — Analyze market trends and competitors to inform strategy.
