Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Lead Generation
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead research tools
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and international client engagement
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills
  • Experience in the IT services or technology industry
  • Experience handling international markets such as UAE, US, UK, or Australia
  • Familiarity with email automation and outreach tools

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Google, business directories, and other digital platforms
  • Generate qualified B2B leads through cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and social selling strategies
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and business opportunities
  • Conduct market research to identify new industries, trends, and target companies

Business Development & Sales

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets
  • Initiate communication with decision-makers and schedule meetings or sales discussions
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable IT solutions
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications
  • Convert leads into potential business opportunities and support the sales closure process
  • Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and client information
  • Track outreach activities, pipeline status, and sales performance metrics
  • Prepare regular reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and business development activities
  • Coordinate closely with marketing and sales teams for campaign alignment and follow-ups
