Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • B.Sc. degree from any discipline
  • 4+ years of extensive experience in Forex/CFD brokerage sales environments
  • Fluency in Arabic language (required)
  • Strong understanding of FX, commodities, indices, and equity markets
  • Hunter sales mindset with proven target achievement
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills across cultures and regions
  • Financial markets knowledge including technical and fundamental analysis
  • CRM experience and strong relationship management capabilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and develop relationships with potential clients and partners interested in trading multi-asset products including Gold, Oil, FX, and Cryptocurrencies
  • Onboard Introducing Brokers and support them in growing accounts, deposits, and revenues
  • Identify and target Money Managers and IBs across the UAE/MENA region
  • Organically build a book of business through market relationships and external networking
  • Prepare proposals and cross-sell services to meet customer trading needs
  • Advise clients on trading strategies, options, and risk management approaches
  • Attend industry events to source potential clients and achieve sales targets
  • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems
