REQUIREMENTS

Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in fit-out, interior design, or construction companies.

Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and multi-cultural communication skills.

Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing client portfolios.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and generate new business opportunities within the commercial fit-out and electromechanical sectors in Dubai.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with developers, consultants, main contractors, and corporate clients.

Lead project negotiations from initial contact through to closing deals.

Collaborate with the technical and estimation teams to ensure proposals meet client requirements.
