REQUIREMENTS

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Possesses at least 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, specifically within the Russian or Tagalog-speaking market.
• Demonstrates fluency in Russian/Tagalog/Malayalam and English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Exhibits a strong understanding of the business development lifecycle, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
• Possesses a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals in the target market.
• Demonstrates strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and partners.
• Exhibits excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Shows strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned Russian/Tagalog/Malayalam-speaking market, focusing on strategic partnerships.
• Develop and execute targeted business development plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential customer segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
• Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while adhering to company policies.
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of the Russian or Tagalog-speaking audience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, etc.) to ensure alignment and support business development initiatives.
• Monitor and report on business development activities, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in the Russian or Tagalog-speaking market.
