Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related discipline.
  • 3–6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, institutional sales or strategic alliances.
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, crypto, digital assets, payments or technology is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of relationship management and commercial negotiations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong professional network within fintech, financial services or digital assets is advantageous.
  • Ability to understand technical and financial products.
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable working in a regulated environment with structured approval processes.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings and industry events where required.

RESPONSIBILITES

Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the digital asset and financial services ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective institutional, professional and strategic clients.
  • Develop commercial proposals, presentations and partnership opportunities.
  • Conduct meetings and negotiations with prospective clients and partners.
  • Manage opportunities from initial engagement through commercial agreement and onboarding.

Strategic Alliances

  • Identify potential strategic partners that can enhance our client’s products, liquidity, technology, distribution or ecosystem.
  • Develop relationships with banks, payment providers, liquidity providers, technology companies, institutional investors and other relevant counterparties.
  • Explore opportunities for co-marketing, distribution, integrations and ecosystem partnerships.
  • Coordinate partnership discussions with Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance and Management.

Institutional & Ecosystem Development

  • Support our client’s institutional client acquisition strategy.
  • Develop relationships with professional trading firms, institutions and market participants.
  • Identify opportunities to expand our client’s presence across the GCC and international markets.
  • Track market developments and competitor partnerships.

Commercial Management

  • Prepare business cases, commercial proposals and partnership structures.
  • Track pipeline, conversion rates, revenue opportunities and partnership performance.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and business-development records.
  • Provide regular pipeline and business-development reports to Management.

Compliance & Risk Coordination

  • Ensure prospective relationships are routed through appropriate internal due diligence and approval processes.
  • Work with Compliance and Legal before committing our client to commercial or partnership arrangements.
  • Ensure no commercial representation is made outside approved products, services or regulatory permissions.
