- Lead training sessions and workshops to educate employees on business continuity protocols, fostering a culture of awareness and preparedness across the organization.
- Regularly review and update business continuity plans to reflect changes in the business environment and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinate and conduct business continuity exercises and simulations to test the effectiveness of plans and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business continuity strategies, making data-driven recommendations for enhancements to processes and procedures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business continuity-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to teams during incidents.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing the status of business continuity initiatives and highlighting key performance metrics.
