Bookkeeper – Billing & Finance Operations Assistant
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting support experience
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
- Experience reconciling accounts and reviewing financial records
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
- Experience supporting billing operations
- Familiarity with HubSpot and Stripe
- Experience working with small business financial operations
RESPONSIBILITIES
Bookkeeping & Financial Operations
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
- Reconcile bank and payment accounts
- Assist with balance sheets, profit & loss reporting, and financial tracking
- Process payments and support billing workflows
- Monitor transactions through Stripe and internal billing platforms
Administrative & Operations Support
- Assist with general administrative tasks and operational support
- Help coordinate internal documentation and financial records
- Support administrative needs for continuing education courses and company events
- Communicate with team members regarding billing and financial updates
