RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist clients with reservation requests and booking coordination
- Provide information regarding travel options, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries
- Maintain accurate client records and booking details
- Communicate professionally with clients and travel suppliers
- Support customers before, during, and after the booking process
- Follow company procedures and service standards
