Biomedical coordinator
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical science, business administration, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in coordination, procurement, or a biomedical/healthcare role is preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle and respond to incoming emails professionally
- Coordinate and follow up on payments and billing cycles
- Monitor and reconcile financial accounts with external companies and vendors
- Source and research suppliers based on client requirements
- Follow up on and coordinate contracts with suppliers and clients
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documentation
- Prepare reports, quotations, and correspondence documents
- Track shipments and coordinate with logistics providers when needed
