Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent credential demonstrating technical expertise.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in BIM plumbing design and coordination.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD MEP.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for plumbing systems, ensuring clash detection with other disciplines.
• Coordinate plumbing system layouts with architectural, structural, and MEP designs to optimize space and constructability.
• Generate accurate construction documentation, including drawings, schedules, and material take-offs from BIM models.
• Perform hydraulic calculations and system analysis within the BIM environment to ensure optimal performance and code compliance.
