Backend Engineer

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
• 3+ years of Golang development experience with deep understanding of goroutines, channels, and GC
• Proficiency in Go frameworks such as Gin, Echo, and GORM, and microservices architecture
• Deep understanding of message queue principles (Pulsar, Kafka)
• Expertise in relational database design and optimization (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases like Redis and MongoDB
• Knowledge of WebSocket and RESTful API design specifications
• Experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong coding standards, familiarity with design patterns, and code refactoring abilities
• Proficiency in Git version control and code review practices

Preferred

• Experience in cryptocurrency exchange or clearing and settlement development
• Experience optimizing big data, high-concurrency, and low-latency systems
• Good English reading ability for technical documentation

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the architectural design and core code development of the exchange partner (agent) system
• Implement clearing and settlement logic, specifically the rebate engine, ensuring zero-error fund transfers under high concurrency
• Utilize Pulsar or Kafka for high-performance message processing of massive transaction order flows
• Design efficient asynchronous clearing and reconciliation mechanisms to ensure real-time rebate consistency
• Resolve data consistency issues in distributed environments and optimize database transaction processing
• Monitor system performance, optimize API response speeds within the Gin framework, and maintain technical documentation
