Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 6+ years of backend-development experience.
  • Strong experience with SQL databases.
  • Experience making architectural decisions and navigating technical trade-offs.
  • Experience managing infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform or another major cloud provider.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
  • Proficiency with LLM-driven development.
  • Strong backend engineering skills, particularly with production APIs.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Drive architectural decisions for financial infrastructure and customer-facing products.
  • Build production-grade APIs using Golang.
  • Develop API integrations with fintech partners.
  • Apply DevOps and SRE practices to production systems.
  • Perform rigorous testing of financial software and services.
  • Work with stakeholders, founders, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Contribute to payment, treasury, FX, KYC, AML, transaction-monitoring, ledger, and payout systems.
  • Use AI-driven development practices.
