REQUIREMENTS

• Strong backend engineering and software-architecture experience.
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems.
• Strong programming and software-engineering skills.
• Experience with financial technology, payments, or large-scale transaction systems is valuable.
• Strong understanding of system reliability, scalability, and security.
• Ability to communicate technical decisions effectively across engineering and product teams.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Design and develop scalable backend architecture for Pay and Card products.
• Build systems supporting crypto payments and financial transactions.
• Work with engineering teams to define technical architecture and implementation approaches.
• Develop highly available and reliable backend services.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, security, and other cross-functional teams.
• Improve the scalability, performance, and reliability of payment infrastructure.
• Contribute to technical standards and architectural decisions across the platform.
