REQUIREMENTS

  • Comfortable with outbound B2B calling and/or emailing
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Able to qualify leads instead of booking “anything with a pulse”
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Sales, appointment setting, cold calling, or B2B experience preferred

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling services (not products)
  • Experience talking with business owners or property managers
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or call tracking (not required)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make outbound calls and send emails to businesses only (B2B)
  • Use provided phone numbers and email lists
  • Research and source some of your own B2B leads
  • Speak with decision-makers (owners, managers, property managers)
  • Qualify prospects to confirm:
  • Real interest in painting services
  • Budget and timeline make sense
  • Property/job is a good fit
  • Book estimates for qualified prospects
  • Document notes on each lead
