REQUIREMENTS
- Comfortable with outbound B2B calling and/or emailing
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Able to qualify leads instead of booking “anything with a pulse”
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Sales, appointment setting, cold calling, or B2B experience preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience selling services (not products)
- Experience talking with business owners or property managers
- Familiarity with CRM tools or call tracking (not required)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound calls and send emails to businesses only (B2B)
- Use provided phone numbers and email lists
- Research and source some of your own B2B leads
- Speak with decision-makers (owners, managers, property managers)
- Qualify prospects to confirm:
- Real interest in painting services
- Budget and timeline make sense
- Property/job is a good fit
- Book estimates for qualified prospects
- Document notes on each lead
