REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an automotive service advisor or related role, demonstrating a track record of customer service excellence.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes to effectively communicate with both customers and technicians.
• Proficiency in using service management software and dealership platforms to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication regarding service needs and expectations.
• Diagnose customer concerns by actively listening and asking detailed questions, translating technical jargon into understandable terms for clients.
• Prepare and present detailed service estimates that itemize necessary repairs and their associated costs, ensuring transparency.
• Schedule service appointments efficiently, balancing customer needs and technician availability to optimize workflow.
