- Loan Distribution & Credit Structuring Knowledge: Hands-on experience or strong working familiarity with loan syndications, credit structuring, or ABS/warehouse financing, including an understanding of deal mechanics from mandate through distribution.
- Analytical & Modelling Proficiency: Strong quantitative and financial modelling capabilities, with the ability to conduct cashflow analysis, credit assessment, and scenario modelling in support of live transactions.

- Client & Relationship Coverage: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Financial Institutions (FIs) and Sponsors across the Middle East, with a specific focus on driving loan syndications and growing Citi’s private-side investor base in the region.
- Credit Analysis & Due Diligence: Contribute to the preparation of credit applications and conduct thorough due diligence processes — including legal reviews and analysis of audit reports — in support of transaction execution.
- Business Development & Marketing: Prepare pitch books, marketing materials, case studies, and timely market updates to support regional Solutions Sales efforts and new business development initiatives across the Middle East franchise.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as an effective liaison across internal stakeholders — including Bankers, Risk, Legal, and Trading — to ensure seamless deal execution and alignment across all stages of the transaction lifecycle.
