REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience required; leadership experience a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

RESPONSIBILITES

• Assist the Store Leader in managing daily store operations
• Supervise and train store staff
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues
• Assist in achieving sales targets and goals
• Ensure store cleanliness and organization
• Help in inventory management and restocking
• Uphold store policies and procedures
• Collaborate with Store Leader to implement marketing strategies and promotions
• Support in scheduling and staffing needs
