RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide basic nursing care to patients under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.
• Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals and within the scope of practice.
• Assist patients with personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and daily living activities.
• Observe patient conditions and promptly report any changes to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Ensure patient rooms and medical equipment are clean, organized, and ready for use.
• Follow infection prevention and control protocols.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Comply with healthcare regulations, policies, and safety standards.
