Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred :
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
- Familiarity with HR software or ERP systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Assist in payroll preparation and attendance tracking.
- Handle employee documentation such as contracts, leave records, and ID cards.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance appraisal and training activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
