Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred :

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with HR software or ERP systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and attendance tracking.
  • Handle employee documentation such as contracts, leave records, and ID cards.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support performance appraisal and training activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
