Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience required.
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in healthcare, human services, care coordination, customer service, case management, or related field
  • Residency in the state of Massachusetts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficiency in computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications efficiently
  • Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Valid driver’s license and or reliable transportation for minimal field travel

Preferred

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree business, social work, healthcare or relevant field
  • Experience supporting LTSS, Medicaid waiver programs, managed care, or healthcare assessments
  • Knowledge of MassHealth programs and eligibility requirements
  • Experience coordinating documentation between members, providers, and healthcare organizations
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, including the ability to speak, read, and translate effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review and validate data and reports.
  • Work assigned reports on a regular basis to identify necessary fixes or work-arounds.
  • Make recommendations to improve processes.
  • Ensure assignments are current and include proper documentation.
  • Use various tracking tools to record assignments, processes and defects.
  • Review, research and audit system results.
