Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Landscape Design
• Experience in UAE and the Gulf region on medium to large scale projects
• Proficiency in industry relevant software packages
• Experience completing landscape projects using Revit
• Familiarity with UAE regulations and codes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently and within a team

Preferred

• Registered professional membership

RESPONSIBILITES

• Perform all phases of the design process including Concept, Schematic, and Detailed Design Documentation
• Write specifications, reports, and perform 3D modeling
• Deliver technical packages independently and organize project materials
• Coordinate with all fields, sub-consultants, and design engineers
• Manage and lead landscape design projects with minimal oversight
• Participate in technical design workshops and design charrettes
• Provide landscape design solutions from Concept to DD
• Ensure compliance with UAE authorities’ requirements
