Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputable university.
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Proven experience in the GCC region, with a strong understanding of local business practices and regulations.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Spearhead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local Arabic accounting standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior accountants, fostering a culture of precision and professional development.
• Manage the entire accounts payable and receivable functions, optimizing cash flow and vendor relationships.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identifying key trends, variances, and providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
